BEAUTY...RELAXATION...FUN!  This superb vacation home rental is located in Elkhorn Ridge on the Nebraska side of Lewis & Clark Lake near Yankton, South Dakota.  It is a six-year-old home that sits right on top of the lake with a breathtaking view of the water! It has 2 bedrooms + loft + bunkbed area and 2 1/2 baths.  Sleeps 8 people.   Base rate of $365 (+ tax) per night with a minimum 2-night stay.  Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends there is a minimum 3-night stay.  Directions from Crofton, NE: From the intersection of Hwys 121 & 12, go 7 mi north on 121. Turn left (west) onto 897th Rd., go 2 miles. Turn right (north) at the Elkhorn Ridge entrance. Go 1/2 mile, then road curves to the left (west). Go .1 mile and the home sits on the right.

5.5% state sales tax + 4% lodging tax, totalling 9.5% tax applies to above rate.

$500 security/damage deposit required. This deposit will not be cashed unless needed for damages or excess cleaning needed.

No separate cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy: With 45 days or more notice there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. With less than a 45-day notice, there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee plus 50% of the reservation total, including applicable taxes. For example, if the property is reserved for two nights @ $365 per night, for a total of $799.35 (incl taxes), 50% of $799.35 ($400) will be charged in addition to the $50.00 cancellation fee. 

No pets inside or outside of property.  No exceptions.

No smoking inside of home.  For prevention of fires and to assist us in keeping the grounds clean, please do not discard smoking material on the property.
