How Does Property Management Work?
In a nutshell, I market your lake home as a vacation home rental, communicate with interested parties and take care of all the paperwork. I'm also responsible for having your property cleaned following a guest stay. A percentage of the net rental income would be retained for the performance of these services. You, the property owner, would receive the majority percentage of the net rental income. You still are able to use your lake home by communicating to me when it is not available for renting.
